The look of a dealership is important. While a fancy showroom is nice, the overall facilities matter too, like the lot and service areas. Apart from looks, it's good to ask about the dealership's extras, like a clean play area for kids, free Wi-Fi, and loaner cars or a shuttle service when your car is being serviced.
